Awesome, I would love to have the same oppurtunity, please visit my blog, nitaboller.blogspot.com

  2. nbollerable says:

Awesome, I have MS and have been approved for the treatment, I want the same chance, nitaboller.blogspot.com or stem cells for nita boller on FB.

  3. 44Grimmace says:

@BertGriffin88 you obviously didn’t watch this video, did you? this talks about the massive successes of ADULT stem cells in healing and whatnot, especially in comparison to embryonic stem cells. so, if adult stem cells are the ones that work better, how does embryonic stem cell research benefit us so much?
I could care less about Bush/Cheney. you’re obviously not a fan of them, but don’t have any problems with things happening currently? you’re the inebriated one, clown.

  4. BertGriffin88 says:

    @44Grimmace,
you’re another of the drinkers of the Bush&Dick juice. Drink up boys, America’s coming apart at the seams & yall are so inebriated, all yall can do is keep drinking the Bush&Dick juice.

  5. 44Grimmace says:

    @WestliFerZul was. WAS a placebo.

  6. 44Grimmace says:

@BertGriffin88 what? this comment is so filled with idiotic, unintelligent, uninformed bias that this makes no sense. so, being against embryonic stem cell research is “denying treatment to others” and is TERRIBLE!… even though adult stem cells work better.
but, on the other hand, obamacare, which WILL limit and ration care… which actually IS denying treatment to others, is fantastic and something to be praised. pull your head out of your ass.

  7. 44Grimmace says:

@Vleesball sounds like you’ve got as closed minded as an agenda as the person you’re trying to ‘catch’.

  8. msjangivens says:

Christians are only against embryonic stem cell research for obvious reasons (destruction of embryos). Adult stem cells are readily available from the patient & the procedures have been successful for years. This issue has been so politicized as a “them” against “us” campaign that NOTHING was getting done except wasting tax payer dollars on something scienctists knew would not work. Meanwhile, people continued to suffer & proponents of adult cells were made to look uncooperative & ignorant.

  10. KaiLuck says:

Embryonic stem cells are derived from human embryos. In order to harvest embryonic stem cells, an embryo must be destroyed The biblical teaching is that human existence begins at conception (Psalm 139:13-16; Jeremiah 1:4-5). The international consensus of embryologists agrees with Scripture in that life begins at fertilization. At the moment of conception, the embryo is 100 percent human, with all 46 human chromosomes and a fully functioning, unique genetic code.

  11. KaiLuck says:

We must distinguish between the two types of stem cells: adult stem cells and embryonic stem cells

Research on adult stem cells has been going on for decades and has proven that there are therapeutic effects in treating cancer, autoimmune diseases, leukemia, and heart disease. Adult stem cells are obtained from living bone marrow, blood, brain tissue, skin, and body fat. Other sources rich in adult stem cells are umbilical-cord blood and the placenta.

  12. MaTaRu39 says:

good for him… fuck you diabetes

  13. joescamp7 says:

Great video!! Adult stem cell treatment is saving lives AND limbs with great success stories! TCA Cellular in LOUISIANA has groundbreaking results in clinical trials and Im glad the media is catching on! TCA Cellular Therapy is on the right track. Search them on youtube, you will see. Go USA!!!

  14. BertGriffin88 says:

The Bush&Dick anti embryonic stem cell research legacy continues to screw medical advances here in America. Elsewhere in the world major advances occur. This is another of the idiocies that the Republican Bush&Dick Teabagging bonerheads will shackle the medical researchers with. You want cures then get out of the way of this research. If you get sick & don’t want the treatment, you could refuse treatment, & die. Your choice. But you religious Nuts shouldn’t be able to deny treatment to others.

  15. trentWHY says:

@lgvereor ok maybe you know a bit more about the issue than the average christian but wow, you knew information before i did, that not much of an accomplishment bud i couldn’t help when i was born and with the amount of information freely available in this era I’m sure catching up to you wouldn’t be to much of a hassle

  16. NiteStarGirl says:

I’m happy for him. This is amazing, and I’m glad he received this chance of saving his leg, and changing his life!

  17. WestliFerZul says:

Lol the other leg is a placebo

  18. lgvereor says:

@trentWHY I was pushing for adult stem cell research before you likely even knew what the hell it is kid.

The fact is using embryonic is not only unethical, but also illogical and over all not worth the outcome, take it from someone who actually fucking studied it, in a classroom, for years.

The only viable and resourceful use of it is under the use of cloning, the use of the same person’s cells compared to that of another is so inconceivably irrational I’m surprised the even considered it.

  19. trentWHY says:

@lgvereor don’t act like the common christian fanatic knew that stem cells taken from adults could be more effective in certain treatments

  20. trentWHY says:

good for him, keep it up science

  21. MSIL2 says:

I’m a Christian and I fully support Adult Stem Cell Research. I mean come on, you could get the stem cell from the patient’s body and uses it. Its far simpler and ethically friendly than embryonic stem cell. Its like comparing battery electric vehicle to a hydrogen electric vehicle. Its a no brainier!

  22. iknewitalready says:

Science without ethics : curse or blessing?

what are the possibilities and perils of stem cell research and its application?

    cloned animals and humans?

    cure to diabetes?

  23. DvineChow101 says:

I dont Care What Type Of Religion You believe in, Science is Science and This man is being helped by it, it doesnt sound in anyway bad to me

  24. lgvereor says:

@Vleesball Your looking for a Christian to jump the gun, in the process you are doing exactly the same thing you accuse them of, and making no more of an ass of yourself.

Oh and the reason Christians and others were against embryonic was the abortion fact, and for good reason we see now, since science has all but bypassed the need for them.

  25. Shmootle says:

Can’t wait for some religious nutjobs to freak out :P

  26. GARRYKINGLIVE says:

I agree to some extent, but scientists dont always use animals they use tissues to do experiments instead and there are strict ethical laws in animal use as well. Scientists are good people trying to alleviate suffering, they arent evil as many of the animal rights activists point out in their demonstrations. If all those protestors on the street did something productive with their time like the researchers do, we might find cures for diseases quicker.

  27. vinle7 says:

Exactly, this is a amazing brake through and we need to keep using it to do “GOOD”.

  28. disaROTIN says:

Dan Sreebny u ‘ll be punished like that person from holland that sold chemical weapon to the suddam to genocide Kurds. Dan Sreebny WE KURDS ‘ll never forget vampires like u and fucking german’s government that arming turks to kill the Kurds. Dan Sreebny do u know what! the real terrorist u and ur fucking owner that give u some bones >turkey.

  29. disaROTIN says:

Dan Sreebny u’re exactely son of the bitch. there ‘s a turkish lady just next to u but she doesn,t critisize PKK as u ‘re barking PKK like dogs just to get some bone from turkish government. now l,m asking u son of bitch >Dan Sreebny, has PKK killed any civilians? if u yes then fuck urself and prove it instead of barking for a bone. u have to go to northKurdistan to see how terrorist turkish state murdering kurds and burning kurdish villages then come to bark on here.

  30. Betterthenyouxoxo says:

I think this is sad. I see the benifits but to hurt others to get it doesnt seem right. and even if in the future it doesnt hurt people/animals , it is still hurting them now.

  31. luv4knowledge says:

Stem cells are a wonderful thing, but if socioeconomic change doesn’t occur, stem cell research will only benefit the well-off.

the PKK-turkish conflict has its root in WWI and the land that was promised to the Kurds; no good deed goes unpunished, and that’s the bread and butter of politics. The problem of turkish nationalism is not outside turkey, it’s in turkey and if that country doesn’t embrace democracy, it will collapse from within.

  32. msgg81 says:

This should be allowed all over the world … stem cell.

Lets not over look this technology.

Fantastic for the human survival and future.

Religions groups just need to see the bigger picture.

Turkey and the PKK it will be a waste of time and life if the attack goes on. Keep on
    negotiating.
